Had a neck lift with Dr. Maloney, this photo is 3 months post op. Yes, I feel cheated and duped. Dr,. Maloney states “quality and elasticity of skin impact longevity”. 3 months ? I have gone in several times asking what else can be done, also asked for revision, Dr. Maloney stated nothing more can be done. Shouldn’t the surgeon be upfront before surgery?

We are sorry you are not happy with your result. Facial rejuvenation procedures are as much art as they are science. We do the very best job at achieving the desired results with the canvas we are given. The quality and elasticity of the skin certainly do have an impact on the longevity of the procedure as well as the result. We are happy to see you back in the office to review your before and after photos in detail.

I have waited a year to post this review. Very disappointed, had neck lift 1+ year ago. Picture attached is 3 month post op (first 2) along with current today. Went for several consultations throughout the past year, was told to do lasers and wait a year. I did 2-3 lasers, since surgery in his office as suggested. Went for my year consult, I asked what can be done,. Dr. Maloney stated, it is my skin type, nothing more can be done ? Should I have been told this at first consultation and NOT have had the neck lift in the first place !?
