Disappointing Result & Poor Follow Up Care

I'm sharing this review to warn others before making the same decision I did.
I had upper and lower blepharoplasty, a neck lift, and neck liposuction here in March. I chose this clinic after seeing an influencer I follow come here, and after a video consultation where the customer service was warm and responsive — much more attentive than other clinics I reached out to. The reviews I found online were decent, so I felt confident moving forward.
The day before surgery, I had my in-person consultation with the surgeon, who spoke very limited English. He briefly said the surgery wouldn't take long and that scarring would be minimal.
On surgery day itself, everything went smoothly. My case manager SJ was genuinely wonderful — attentive, kind, and reassuring. I experienced no pain. I stayed in Seoul for two weeks, during which my eyes and neck remained very swollen and bruised. My incision sites were kept bandaged the entire time.
The day before I flew home, they finally removed the bandages. The scars looked concerning to me right away, but the doctor and staff assured me everything would heal well.
Four months later, I'm not seeing that improvement.
The incisions behind my ears are extensive and the scarring is significant. One ear has been pulled and now sits asymmetrically — it looks lopsided and swollen on one side. I also have an unexplained incision under my chin on the left side that was never discussed with me beforehand.
As for my eyes: one eyelid crease is noticeably higher than the other, which appears to be the result of an incision placed too high from my natural lid line. The two sides are visibly unbalanced, and one upper lid still has residual bruising at four months post-op.
Every time I've contacted the clinic, I've been told I'm still in the healing process. I've been patient, but I no longer believe further waiting will correct what I'm seeing. The clinic has never proactively reached out to check on me, and has not acknowledged that there may be an issue with my results.
I'll likely need additional corrective surgery within the year.
I also want to say this for anyone else considering surgery abroad: social media makes medical tourism look effortless. Influencers show smooth, fast recoveries and beautiful results — and that narrative played a big role in my decision. But what you don't see is what happens after you fly home if something goes wrong. The aftercare and accountability gap is real. Surgery in the US costs more, but the follow-up care and access to your surgeon if complications arise is something I severely underestimated.
I currently can't wear my hair in a ponytail because of the scarring behind my ears. My eyelids are uneven. I deeply regret this experience and would not recommend this clinic.
