My results were very poor despite several tries to get it right

I could write a book about this devastating and expensive experience I had but will try to hit the main points here. If my review helps one person in making the decision not to get any work done here, I will have accomplished my goal. I don’t want anyone to go through what I have been through and spend the amount of money and time I spent for minimal results at best.
I had the Juvilee facelift, Botox and eyebrow threads. It was an upsell from the minute I walked in and unfortunately I fell for it ended up spending Around $11,000 for the work I had done. Live and learn. Dr. T did not do the eyebrow threads himself and my results were very poor despite several tries to get it right by another provider there. She clearly did not have experience with threads. I ended up going somewhere else and it worked perfectly. The Botox did very little.
With regard to the facelift my results are minimal at best and that’s only because it included lipo of the chin which lifted the chin some. I had to return for the trauma of a second procedure in an attempt to fix my issues to no avail. I went back several times to follow up and also got a heat treatment that they said would help…it didn’t not even a little. You might see Dr. T (the actual surgeon) for two minutes on your first follow up , he walks in, runs his fingers along your chin, looks at your photos and tells you everything looks great and doesn’t listen to any concerns you have. The rest of the follow ups are handled by non medical staff and they always “have to ask DrT” about your concerns or questions. You waste time and effort with zero answers. In fact my last visit was with what I believe was their office manager or bookkeeper!!
I have a big lump under the left side of my chin bone. I have a dent along my chin line on the left side and on the right there is a big bubble that almost looks like a fat bubble. You literally can barely tell the difference from before and after and now I actually have additional issues that were not there before. It became apparent they had no interest in doing the right thing when they ultimately resorted to blaming my anatomy and my misunderstanding and expectations. What a joke! Guess if it was my anatomy then they should have recommended I not have work done in the first place!!
Dr. T and his staff are friendly until you have an issue then they become cold, rude and attempt to place blame away from them and onto you. I went to a legit plastic surgeon and having a correction procedure performed soon. VERY expensive lesson. Don’t get anything done here! I am certain you will regret it greatly, personally, emotionally and financially!

You inferred that Dr. Taghizadeh was not a plastic surgeon. This is not factual. In fact, Dr. Taghizadeh is a double-board certified surgeon who specializes in otolaryngology as well as facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has done over 5000 facelifts in the course of his career and he has pioneered and patented many of the most technologically advanced techniques.
The price that you paid for your procedure is actually slightly less than the national average, which is between $13,000 and $16,000 (not including surgical or non-surgical brow lifting or liposuction of the neck and chin area). While we understand that $11,000 or slightly just under it, is still a considerable amount of money, you did get a good price through the Juvilee program, and, we apologize if it seemed that we were upselling, we're just very passionate about making sure that all of the patients "wants" are addressed.
We do have another physician (Dr. Magee) who handles all of our non-surgical thread-lifting and she often works in conjuction with Dr. Taghizadeh either in the operating room or post-surgically for staged treatments. Dr. Magee has also been trained to handle all early post-operative appointments. Typically our patients see Dr. Taghizadeh on their six week and six month post-operative appointments, and I do see that you spoke with Dr. Taghizadeh at your six week mark. It was based upon this conversation that he decided to give you the complimentary radiofrequency treatments as well as decided to comp you a revision smart lipo procedure of the neck with a CO2 full face. Additionally, I am showing that you cancelled your six month follow up appointment, so we never had the opportunity to follow up with you as you healed.
