Don't think this can be fixed - looks like I have an adam's apple

So back in mid Feb 2022 I flew all the way to Rochester, NY from San Antonio, TX to see one of the best surgeons according to my extensive research prior to making my appointment.. I spared nothing especially money because I only have this one body and face.. and I feel this is one of those things u just should never cheap out on.. so I found a double board certified extremely seasoned surgeon half way across the country that had amazing reviews and photos of proof.. He even had his own entire center! The Quatela center in Rochester, NY.. and this place was unreal beautiful!! I didnt have even a shred of fear or doubt going into this procedure.. that is how confident I felt in this doctor.. I just figured.. why would I be like the only person out of thousands to have a terrible experience, when all of his other patients had zero issues.. Well, I guess its just my luck.. i dont know.. Im beginning to get pretty stressed out over it now.. It took quite awhile before I even began to realize that there was even a problem to begin with.. The swelling and everything after the surgery does take its time and not only can it change the appearance of ur results but its just overall distracting.. but the truth did unfold around two and half months ago i started to see my results for what they were.. Im so embarrassed now .. because it TOTALLY looks like i have an actual adams apple!!!! He pulled my skin so freaking tight on my neck that not only does it pull the skin horribly tight right under my chin causing two ugly tendons to show up any time i move my neck even slightly but he also pulled my skin so tight over the area of my neck that has a slight bulge.. and now it sticks out!! BADLY!! I have reached out to him and expressed my concern with him.. he said i should fly BACK to rochester, ny so that he can give me some shots of steroids in my neck or something.. but i really dont see how that is suppose to help this situation .. I mean its BAD!! I dont think he really knows how to fix it either! He didnt leave anything there to work with AT ALL! I mean its ridiculously tight.. Im so sad.. I also paid about 40 thousand for my entire procedure of the upper and lower facelift.. I dont want to keep anyone from going to this doctor .. because other than me and my situation.. he does brilliant work.. I think im like his only freak accident.. but it just sucks so bad.. because now im just stuck this way.. Im so paranoid that when i go on a date the guy is going to think i have an adams apple and ... well.. that would be so embarrassing.. omg.. Ive included some pictures of it..
Im trying to get an appointment to fly back to rochester sometime this october hopefully.. I will post any updates on whether or not he was able to fix it or not..
