Office review - reassured me that I am safe, and everything is ok from start to finish

I just had surgery yesterday. So I will write more later and put up pictures. I hope I get all these names procedures correct. I will confirm with office. I did neck buccal fat removal, liposuction, laser tighten, and chin implant. To start I almost cancelled not because Dr. Z, but because sometimes I am coo coo for Cocoa Puffs. I sat that to lighten the situation. My anxiety from a 1-10 is an 11. Dr. Z knew and so did his staff. I literally walked in with tears in my eyes because I was so scared. I was like, no way. I am not doing this. Emily and Arianna, we’re like you got this!!! Do it!! You will be so happy!!! Like the most beautiful cheerleaders. Before I could run out the door my Guardian Angel JAKEITA OWENS came out and was like, you got this!! From Laura being patient with my weirdness, to Dr. Z making me laugh during surgery. I literally cried when he finished and hugged him because this was not only physical but mental for me.
I have always covered my neck, or watched my profile. No matter what my weight. And it’s not my weight it is the structure of my neck.
I will post pictures later. Too tired. But know this I drive them nuts from my anxiety, and they did not get phased, make me feel ashamed, all they did was cheer me on, and not for money, because trust me Dr. Z has a 2 year waiting list.

JAKEITA OWENS treat you like your sister would. She takes care of you. From start to finish, literally holding my hand. I can’t say enough about her, she is beautiful inside and out.

Again I will write more later. That office changed my life. He’s the kind of man the should be a surgeon. He’s kind. He understood how scared I was, and even after numbing me, he said we can just do what I can handle.
Even my family that was waiting in the lobby loved the staff after just a couple hours.
Wait for Dr. Z, it’s worth it. I promise. He took his time, answers EVERY SINGLE question, reassured me that I am safe, and everything ok from start to finish. Listen when you hug your surgeon and cry when you are done because it’s such a big deal for you, you are either crazy (which I am at times), or you have a hell of a surgeon and staff. I had both. He’s amazing!!

So I am seeing Dr. Z tomorrow for 7 days follow up. His office is very thorough. I apologize for all the misspellings. In my initial review. I was too tired. I didn’t even spell check. If anyone is wondering how painful the procedure was on scale of 1 to 10 maximum it’s a five. I did not use the pain killers, only regular Tylenol, so far so good. I still am not going to post pictures because I am private but if anybody wants to, direct message me, I will only show you before pictures because I am way too far out from healing to be fair. In other words, I’m just too swollen to even show pictures. It’s a waste of time.
I had almost 0 bruising. My nephew, who is a doctor and let me quote him, “damn that’s a good surgeon” because according to him, my level of bruising and damage was so minimal, it was amazing.
Also, I think which is important , I am Lebanese, so I have a lot of melanin in my skin. So for our skin, our mentality (Arab women will understand), Dr. Z is the right choice. He he’s it culturally.
Anyway, it’s been almost a week, I see him tomorrow to take out stitches, do a follow up, and get a complimentary lymphatic massage.
Again being Lebanese, we’re very private, so I’m not going to post pictures because I don’t want strangers having my pictures, but I will get some from Dr. Z. I just didn’t take any good ones. If anybody wants to know you can direct message me.
So I will write an update in a few weeks. Because I know when I heal, I’m going to start doing some other treatments, and facials with their med spa.
Again, if anybody has any questions about personal stuff, I can answer that but medical questions obviously I am not going to answer because I am not a medical doctor.
So thank God, so far so good and I’m looking forward to doing more stuff to my face !!!!

During the procedure their is ZERO pain, after maximum it’s a five, and that’s like right literally after when the numbing shots wear off.
The next day after. It’s a 2 maximum I did not use the narco, I only used Tylenol.
