The Neck Lift That Only Makes Me 50% Happy

I got a neck lift about 2 years ago. I have mixed feelings. My actual neck looks much better and my lower face too. But it is bumpy under my chin. Discussed with surgeon and he decided to do a My Ellevate procedure to help with puckering/bumpiness about 3 months after the neck lift procedure. It helped a little, but here I am 2 years later and that is all i see is the uneveness. Are the neck wrinkles gone, YES...that's the good part. I also had Co² laser about 3 months ago on my face and neck and it was very helpful for my face, but not so much for the neck. I don't know if the "bumps" can be fixed, I don't want to do anything too invasive, but it bothers me and would like to see what could be done, but am hesitant bc i also had a parotidectomy in 2019 and surgery is kind of the last thing i want to do. I don't feel my original surgeon is interested at this point in doing much for me?
