I am fortunate to take part in the RealSelf Ambassador trial for neck firming and repair with a new product: SkinCeuticals Tripeptide-R Neck Repair. I will be using the product 2x a day for 6-8 weeks and posting pre, mid, and post treatment pictures. The product can be used on all skin types who want to address discoloration, dehydrated, and/or aging skin. You apply 2 pumps from the decollete to the jawline and massage the product in an upward motion each night. The product contains .2% Pure Retinol, 5% Glaucine Complex, and 2.5 Tripeptide Concentrate. I am SO excited to begin the treatment tonight.

Skinceuticals Tripeptide-R
After using the product 2x a day for 15 days, I have developed a bit of dryness, itchiness, and redness. I do see and feel the area is firmer for sure. I am going to take the dosing down to once a day for 3 days and see if the redness and itching is reduced.

Getting redder by the minute. Swelling too. Took a Benedryl and put some cortisone cream on the neck.

I am tying this cream too. The first week was fine with no adverse reactions. The first day of applying twice a day, I had a pretty severe reaction. I had to stop for one week for it to resolve. I tried to start back at once a day but he same thing happened. So I'm letting it resolve again. Then I might try again.

Same issue here. I stopped,let my neck heal, went to once a day at night-started up again. Have to abandon the trial,I fear.
