After looking at pictures. I feel like I did not get what I paid for. People go in for this surgery to get rid of loose skin and I still have a lot. Is this normal?

No matter how hard I worked, I couldn't lose the looseness and fat in my abdominal area. I decided to do a full tummy tuck. I'm 3 1/2 out from my 2nd procedure. I have a lot of stretch marks and I knew going into this procedure those wouldn't all be gone. I was told they would be belly button and below, however they are not only below the belly button. I still have lose skin. I don't know if it's due to the stretch marks or is it fat? I wonder if my stomach is the end results or will it continue to tighten? Is this the best it gets? I have posted before pictures, (before 1st procedure) after procedure 1st procedure) and final.

At this time I really don't know what my thoughts are of my surgeon. He did do the procedure a 2nd time because my lower abdominal was flat and my upper was very extended. I was not proportioned at all. He never really has said why he thinks this happened. I did have a cost for the 2nd procedure. He did tell me I look great.
