Who really is the best doc in DR? In terms of hygiene and aftercare, not just the procedure itself??

This is my question that I'd love answered; who is the best doctor and TEAM in the DR? I know a lot of them finish up with fab results, but I do not want that to be at risk of my health. I mean, I know tat every surgery comes with medical risks, of course I know that. BUT there is so much things I have read about the cleanliness, or lack thereof, in DR. I just want to hear about the best experiences, where ladies have felt super comfortable and relaxed in DR.
I'm thinking again about the lovely Tania? But I've read horrors about here too, though not much in terms of lack of hygiene.

Just to say, I am not tying to ask anyone to doctor bash but this is really important. Its not about how 'nice' the doc is, or how lovely he/she was on the day. I need to know about the results and the hygiene practices.

1 year later, and STILL I have not have either implants OR fat transfer!

Its been a minute since I been on here. I stalled on the breast thing, among more and more and more research. I , in August, booked yet another consultation, this time with Dr Patrick Dedoncker in Brussels, but you guessed it, I chickened out yet again - unbelievable right!
Anyways, I've decided I am going to go ahead for 2017; I am going to get my breast implants, and then BBL - but not at the same time (I dont think).
Some questions please:

1. Can anyone recommend any docs in Europe?
2. If it's DR, who really is the best?
3. Has anyone had the BBL and the breast implants at the same time? If so, how do you sleep? Cant sleep on stomach nor on back, must be tricky?

Please help a sister out. And who is going to DR for Easter? Its around that time when I'd like to have the work completed.

Thank you
x

Had my Consultation for Breast Implants with Dr Khan - Transform, Brentford UK

So I met Dr Khan on Friday - he very kindly agreed to see me after surgery, as Transform have their own hospital, so everything is done under one roof. I was told to arrive for 3pm when he was scheduled to complete surgery. I arrived around 3:10pm (yikes, I was peeing my pants as I heard he doesn't wait around). So anyways, He was running a little behind on surgery (thank God), and he came down around 3.40pm.
So I went in with my patient Coordinator, Tamara (she's lovely) and Dr Khan got straight down to it - my name, age, occupation, smoker or not - he was very very professional, in my opinion, very fast and an absolute expert in what he was doing. He does not waste time, but I must admit, I liked him straight away. That's because I really like straight talking people, people who know their game and know it well -and this man clearly does. I even made a little joke about something and managed to get a laugh out of him, so no bad taste left in my mouth.

So he told me I would need a lift, which I thought and he asked what size I wanted. I said I wanted to be large C, small D. He said not D because to have a D and a lift at the same time is not advisable. He said he could put in 310cc max round over the muscle natrelle implant and that'd fill me out brilliantly. He showed me the implant and we stood in front of the mirror together and it looked great. I really liked it and I really liked him.

When I went back outside, I met another lady who was going to see him too. When she came out, she said how abrupt and rushed she thought him to be - I can say I shared her view, however I did understand her perspective. That's why it is so important for everyone to meet doctors themselves, because everyone has a different personality and a different expectation. Who I may perceive as an absolute treasure, another may perceive as a absolute [RS bleep]! lol..

Anyways, where I am at now is considering what to do as the surgery is £6,200 which is a lot. I want to do BBL also and am looking at Dr Ortega or Media and now I'm thinking I my as well get both surgeries done abroad as for that amount I can get both surgeries, plus my flight and hotel stay!!
I mean I dont want to skimp on quality at all, but flipping hell - SIX GRAND just for breasts! That's some other S(&*&t!!!!

Provider Review

Dr John Hamel

Quick background; I live in London, have one child and I am a children's therapist. I travel to the states very often to see family and back in 2007, after my child, I had a tummy tuck, which yielded great results. At the time, I was going to have both tummy tuck and breast implants and decided against it, and I am so glad I did - I have such a huge paranoia about implants and I just cannot shake it. So for years, I have struggled with lowered confidence when it comes to my breasts. My hubby says they are fine but he'll say anything to keep my happy, and truly I dont think they are a problem for him - but they are for me. I was introduced to this site and it has been a complete game changer. I found out about fat transfer last month and its been game on since then. OK, so 2 weeks or so ago, I started researching doctors to do this procedure. I have seen on here, great work from Dr Bednar, NC - what amazing results! My heart was set on him. I set up a consult which we had via FaceTime last week and he was just so lovely, as was his wife and patient coordinator Sylvia. HOWEVER, and its a big HOWEVER - I got a quote for just under $12,000!!! Yikes!! And thats not talking about hotel and travel - that's just the procedure and some supplies! Jesus wept!!! That's crazy - even my hubby laughed at that. So back to the drawing board. So I then stumbled across the lovely work of Dr John Hamel of CLC up in Nebo, NC...
