*5 1/2 weeks Post-Op*
I'd say my sensitivity is 90% gone. Still swollen a little bit, almost like right below my scares theres a little *boop* I can poke and feel the swelling, but nothing noticeable from the naked eye. I keep forgetting to put scar cream on, I only do it like 2-3x a week haha, but the scars are barely noticeable anyways. I mean you can definitely see them, but by the time bikini season rolls back around I'll be fine. I tried running on the treadmill, but still cant get back to my normal pace, the bouncing still kind of hurts. So I stick to bike or elliptical and it doesn't hurt at all :) I do weights as well with no problem. Although I've been off my game with this endless supply of halloween candy floating around! On a side note, I finally had sex the other week (yes I'm talking about it bc no one else does lol!) My husband has been away training that's why I haven't seen him this whole time. And when he grabbed my sides it was a slight twinge, but sparing the details, pain-wise everything was fine! I'm sure it would have been fine about 2 weeks after surgery though. He said I was looking really good, yay! But anyways, I'd say by Thanksgiving I'll be completely fully healed liked nothing every happened, no numbness or anything. I posted a swimsuit comparison pic too.

*1 MONTH POST-OP*

Finally! 1 month post op (well minus 1 day... going out of town tomorrow though). I just love the difference. I would say my swelling is about 85% gone and numbness/pain about 85% gone. I still wear my compression garment most days and spanx everyday. I noticed after one day of not wearing them, I was a little more swollen so I still need them. I think I will continue to wear both for the next 2 weeks or so then my spanx another month. In one of the pictures I posted, you can see that my scars are healing great! I started putting scar cream on them about a week ago 1-2x a day. I have really dry skin a few inches around that area (not sure why) so I put aloe vera on it bc it's natural and heals dry skin. The past week I haven't been eating all that healthy, but trying to keep my portions small to compensate. I started back the healthy eating today though :) But still overall, very happy!!

*2 weeks 3 days Post-Op*

My shape is really looking good now! Still some swelling of course, but I can definitely see the difference. My nerves still fee like they are all coming back to life, so I get random twitches of fiery feeling/itching when I move. I went dancing this past weekend with just my spanx on and was just fine! Of course I couldn't go 100%, but went about 80% and felt okay. The next day I felt a little more sore than usual, but nothing straight up hurt or anything. I had a follow up appt with my surgeon today and I have a bit of dryskin/small scab where stitches were so she said to put some Vaseline on them. I'm hoping by Friday to start putting scar cream on them. I noticed the left side is healing a bit better than the right but nothing significantly noticeable. My friends saw me and said I looked slimmer like I'd been working out I was like ohhhhh thanks, I have been haha. I actually started talking 30-40 min walks and I think at the end of this week I'll start back at the gym. We will see. I'll post 1 month pics when that time comes.

She is an excellent doctor with wonderful bedside manner. She answered all my questions, told me she was available 24/7 for any kind of phone calls and the day after surgery the anesthesiologist called to check up on me. It's a small practice so she really takes time with each patient and doesn't operate like a factory. Morning of surgery she even gave me a comforting hug and seemed excited for me. Never made me feel uncomfortable or question what I was doing. A lot of her staff had also had procedures done by her and were more than willing to show me their results and pictures of the other patients. I wish she had some more pictures of the area I was getting lipo done, but I could tell from other area pictures that she would do a good job. Still healing, but love my results so far. The total fee included all costs: lipo area, facility fee, anesthesiologist, etc
