Horrible BBL
The work done to me was substandard and extremely low quality liposuction and my body is not done deteriorating and keeps shrinking and I am discovering hundreds of canula holes and holes all over my face, arms, legs. I was violated in a very inhumane manner by Karl William Schwarz now in Miami Florida.

Beware of Karl W Schwarz in Miami FL
I have recently discovered he is now calling himself Dr. William. Miami, please beware. Anytime a surgeon performs surgery on a patient without consent is called "medical battery". I should have filed charges against him but waited and prayed that I will see improvement with time instead it got much worse and I don't think it is over yet, even now after almost 5 years of horrible liposuction it keeps looking worse. in addition I have a lot permanent damage to my face and body which includes skin burns and nerve damage.

I am so sorry that you had to be violated like this. That's absolutely crazy that he performed liposuction throughout your entire body without permission! I thought it was weird that he went by several names instead of simply by his last name. Now I see it's because he's trying to hide some of his past. Praying for your continous recovery and I hope you get the body you want and truly deserve❤️

Ok so looking at your pictures its very suspect. In the pictures of your buttocks you are clearly sucking your buttocks in. Also it looks like you lost a lot of weight causing your skin to sag.

I see Dr Williams' soldiers are very active and trying to discredit me. If you are a real customer and not one of his paid "Dolls" then you take it or leave it. I am posting my real experience and proof of his horrible work to help women. Same goes for you ladylee15. What a coincidence that you both were online on the same day.

Ok but I also booked and put down my deposit... I did extensive research and he passed!! The fact that you are leaving your review with no pictures (before/after) seems like your lying. I'm sure they is more to it!

Please ask "Dr. William" for my before pictures. No I have not gained weight or sucking it in, I am sure Dr. William (Karl Schwarz) is making this excuse to discredit me. Do you really think he will admit to this horrifying work?

WAIT!!! You said he did Lipo to your feet????????????? Girl bye!!!! You showed pictures but there's no lipo hole on you feet, then you did they did your arm as well but there's no lipo hole....

I am a real customer sweet heart i came on here because i just booked my appointment with dr william for march 2021 i haven't even met him nor spoken to him yet, I just wanted more information about what happen before i made my decision this is new territory to me and i just wanted to see what happen with my own eyes i was unaware what is being shown exactly in the pictures thats why i asked for before and afters no need to be bitter Im on here just like everyone else looking for information

Those pic are her "before" and after. Face, ankle hand feet with no consent... geez at least make your story seem More believable... and if ours going to post those pic at least mark body with holes using market to make story seem believable.

Substandard work by Dr. Karl Schwarz
Amost 5 years post op. this is a life sentence and is only getting worse. The results of Karl William Schwarz's horrible and unauthorized liposuction and then calling it fat grafting. He was not authorized to perform lipos on my face, arms, legs or directly my buttocks. He was to lipo the trunk and use the fat to do fat grafting to my buttocks. during the consult, he claimed he has done "this" for many women and they loved it. How can any sane person love this.
