Had my first consultation on Wednesday, March 16 2016. My pre op was today 3/21/16, and my surgery is set for Wednesday 3/23/16! I am excited and terrified at the same time! I am 41 years old with seven children that I breastfed. My doctor said that I don't need a lift, thankful for that. I am 5' 4" and about 130 pounds. I told him I wanted a full D look, and he thinks I can support a HP 500cc silicone implants under the muscle. I am scrambling to get everything ready as I am so anxious! I will post before and after pictures soon. Any advice or tips are greatly appreciated.

First day post Op!
I had my surgery yesterday 3/23/16. Everything went well, just sore at my chest and arms. I think my Dr. Told me he was able to do 550ccs hp smooth, round silicone under the breast. I will find out for sure this afternoon at my first post op appointment. Surgery went very fast, I got there at 11:00 and got prepared for 12:00 surgery. My Dr. Put my favorite music on and that's all I remember. I woke to getting dressed and I felt great just a little sleepy. I went to chick fi lay and got some chicken nuggets and ate them all! No nausea or throwing up! Its hard trying to relax when your kids want your attention, so nap for me. I felt really good and the only trouble I had was getting in my bed, it's a little tall.. I took my shower last night and finally got to see my new breasts! I am very happy with my results so far.. I am posting some before pictures and pictures right after I took the compression bra off, wow that was tight! I'll post another picture tonight to see if there is any change in one day!! Sorry that I'm not a good selfie taker!

Good luck on the 21st! That's great you're not nervous, it helps to be really informed and to trust your doctor. I got a little nervous the morning of surgery, but when I got there it went away. Tell your PS exactly what look you are hoping to achieve and you will love the outcome! Can't wait to read your story.
Wow, seven children?! So glad you could do this for yourself. Hope your surgery went well! Feel free to join the March 2016 breast augmentation surgery forum for some post op support!
