My surgery is in two weeks on May 12th I posted some pre-ops and will be updating my progress here. I’m a little worried they will look too circular and fake as I was hoping for them to look as natural as possible, but the doctor insisted I do the extra full profile. If they do look fake I guess I will have to get a revision somehow. Dr. Antimarino was very nice at my consults, I am just not sure how natural they will look post recovery.
I am a little nervous but I’m hoping to at least be a small to full C cup! Also worried I chose too small of an implant!

One day post op

Just got out of surgery yesterday! Doctor was super nice and met with me again two days before surgery to go over my concerns over using the SRX. I can’t see much since I’m still wearing the surgical bra but they look great so far and look natural. Nurse named Terry especially was very nice at the surgery center.
Weirdly enough I found the liposuction on the arms to be more painful post op (I got lipo on my arms at the same time). I’m not sure how long he will make me wear compression garments on my arms. From online I have googled it said 6 weeks?
For the breast augmentation, Dr. Antimarino actually ended up using a smaller size than expected (we had planned on 285/310 but ended up using 255cc on L and 285cc on right) I think they look fine now but I expect to lose about 5-8 lbs every summer, so they will shrink naturally I presume since I’ll have less natural breast tissue? That is probably my biggest concern as I weighed in at 115 lbs surgery Day but plan to lose to 106-108 for the summer times.
Overall I’m really happy with how they look they’re still high up, but they aren’t frankenboob like as I expected, and I’m so glad they’re not super close or far apart. They do look really tiny face on/not from an angle but I’m assuming it’s bc of the tape and because they haven’t dropped yet. My stomach is really bloated at this time too. I thrown up 2 times post surgery I’m guessing bc of the anasthesia.

Hi, would you mind posting a follow up photo now. I just had mine done 5 days post op and they look so similar to yours. I hate how tight they are and small they look. I’m hoping they will look more real and loose when they drop.

Definitely confused what size I will be?? It looks big from some angles and small from other angles so I’m not sure. Howeve It’s still definitely a huge improvement and still hoping I’m at least a 32c when healed. As for the pain I get minor pain now and then not a big deal really. The arm lipo compression sleeves can get quite annoying but he said I only need to wear those for 3 more weeks.

Hi!! I see this post is a couple of years old, but I wanted to hear your insight now that it has been some time. I'm on the exact same boat as you, my surgery is in a couple of weeks and I'm getting the same size. Would you mind sharing if you did subfacial, subglandular or submuscular? Also, do you think the size was right or do you wish yoh went bigger? I hope I can hear from you. So nervous!!!
