I am 5'4" & I weight 125lbs. I gained 85 lbs with our 1st son & no matter how much I work out I can't get rid if the excess skin. I am finally doing the tummy tuck. I work full time & our youngest is 3 so I hope this goes smooth & I return back to work after two weeks. I'm nervous & would love some support. Peace, ?? & light ????

That is really reassuring. I have read so many reviews & so many ppl are miserable after. I’m healthy & I have high tolerance for pain so in my head I think that it can’t be worse than my 3 sections (those were not that bad really). Again, thank you for the reassurance. As the date gets closer I am getting more anxious & nervous!

I am scheduled on March 10th. I know exactly what you mean. I gained a lot of weight my first too and can close to the pre pregnancy weight. But the skin just looks flabby. We are blessed to be mothers and deserve to feel like sexy women as well. I support you and wish you a successful surgery and recovery. I'm taking two weeks off from work too. Can't wait to see you're results!

I am having TT and BR done March 4th as well and am super nervous and scared! Im planning on taking one week off and returning to work halfday after that!! So excited to see your results!!

You will be great!! And so happy ... Well maybe not super happy the first few hours/days but of you manage your pain you will so aoon forget all about it!!! At two weeks I feel pretty much back to normal. I had a mini ... But is still a big incision and traumatic on the body. You won't have any regrets I am sure! I also have a three year old and was really worried about that. But it has been great!! Had help for the first week and have been totally fine since on my own. Good luck!!!

Thank you. I guess since you've been thru it you know how it feels 21 days prior to, I dont want to obsess over it but it's scary. I scheduled my around the kids spring break so I wont have to worry about getting them to school & back. My mom will help me the 1st week, my hubby will help too. Anyway thank you & positive reinforcement helps :)

I'm scheduled for 17 Mar and I'm pretty nervous too. This site has been really helpful in making my decision to do it because so many people say that it was the best decision they ever made. It will be the same for us. Can't wait to see your after photos. You're gonna look great!

I'm obsessed as well. Ur gonna heal really fast cuz u are still young. U won't regret doing this and u will have time to enjoy your new body. My husband is trying to talk me out of it, telling me that he likes a little belly. I know he's just cheap LOL. Tomorrow is your day :) after a couple days healing u will be up admiring your new belly.

Thank u. Well my husband thinks I'm fine but it's how we feel. The pics actually make me look better than it does in real life. I hv loose skin & it bothers me. I'm scarce but hopeful & it's tomorrow. I'll keep & eye on you & give u support if u need it. Whatever you decided & thank you again :)

I have my per-op visit on Feb 17th at Vanderbilt Hospital. I just had a full physical done earlier this month just in case. Ive been cleaning my house to get it perfectly clean before the surgery (that's a huge task since we have 3 kids & both work full time)

Just curious how long are you taking off of work? My doc told me since I have a desk job I would only need about a week and a half off.

I do too. I'm having it done on the 4th & returning on the 16th. He said I may hv some discomfort but should be fine (let's hope & we shall see)

Oh no!!! Mine went great all is set. Got my lab work back today. WBCs are slightly elevated so waiting to see what going to happen. The dr i work for said he would start me on antibiotics asap if he needed to so im just waiting to find out. So you werent able to make it to yours??

No I have been stuck here. They closed schools till Monday. I had a full physical two weeks ago & everything was ok. So I rescheduled till Friday, that is if I can make it. Keep me posted on ur situation & hope u get better b4 the surgery! Omg two weeks away.
