I’m excited to share my recent experience with Zeltiq CoolSculpting at Dr. Biesman’s office.

I’m a height/weight proportional 52-year-old man. I watch what I eat, workout and jog regularly. I had the cliché “man-fat” around my belly that wouldn’t go away with any amount of diet or exercise.

After my consultation with Tammy, she suggested four cycles of CoolSculpting – one on each side of my belly button and one on both love handles.

The Zeltiq machine sucked my fat into a vacuum-cleaner-like nozzle and chilled it for an hour for each cycle. It hurt some at first, but I was able to watch TV and play on my smart phone the whole four hours.

Once home, I experienced moderate pain, mild itching and numbness in my treated areas that lasted about 10 days.

Things started happening after about three weeks. I had mild diarrhea and my urine became foamy. But, I could tell the fat was slowly melting away.

Effects of the CoolSculpting continued for a few more weeks.

Now, three months later, I’ve bid my “man-fat” goodbye, and it’s amazing!

With such awesome results, I decided to get my upper stomach and both “man-boobs” done, and I’m awaiting the results now.

COngrats! Hope it works for you. what do you mean urine was foamy? Is that a side effect?

Thank you for asking a great question. Mild diarrhea after CoolSculpting is not uncommon. Foamy urine is not typically a side effect of CoolSculpting and, If this symptom were to persist, then consultation with a primary care physician would be appropriate.

Sounds like your results were excellent. Question: was this your total cost or cost per cycle? (4 x $2500?)
