Still have a lot of swelling especially where the muscle was repaired. I am happy with my results now I just need to lose the weight! The dvt still bothers me but I'm getting around fine and just rest my leg when I need too.

Hi Small, was just following up to see how you are doing? Want to encourage you that
'This, too, shall pass!"
I had a set back on my first round, too. I had an infection. I was on antibiotics for over a month. But everything worked out. I recently had a revision and that went through with flying colors. I hardly remember that I had one.
My biggest problem now is I am trying hard to lose the weight. I was 217.0 lbs before surgery. I am 197 lbs now. But I declare, as much as I am working out and I am on a 1200 calorie diet and have been for two months and I have only lost 7 lbs. 7 lbs in two months! It is so depressing but I can't give up. On the up side, I have lost quite a few inches and am feeling and looking really good in my clothes. So, though the scale is not moving, I am losing inches.
Please post some pics soon. Everyday gets better and better.

Thanks Black Swan for the encouragement!!! I'll probably post more pics at 6 months. I know what you mean it seems we follow a food plan and think the weight should come off faster but 7 lbs is really good so congrats!! And losing inches is awesome! I've gained a few lbs since my surgery so hoping to move the other way soon! :) I do fit better in some of my clothes so that makes me happy! ;) My hope is that soon I'll see my stomach flatter where my muscle was repaired.

Hello was the 11,000 included for just tummy tuck or anesthesia fee and facility fee. Does your tummy tuck include flanks, MR, fat on back, Lipo, then Lipo Pubic area? What are the prices separately, if you do not mind. I live in the Nashville area

Well I have to say it's a process. I do feel a little better after a shower last night. So far very happy with the results after taking binders off for that shower. Of course there's still lots of swelling. Oh, and coughing is painful!!! Husband has been very helpful. I'm only using Tylenol since I think the Percocet makes me nauseous.

How have you been feeling? Are you finding the pain more manageable?

Yes, very manageable! But now I have a dvt! Thought I was moving around enough but my body says no! I've been on blood thinner a week now. If not for that I'd be up and doing most of my regular routine! Tummy pain is minimal.

Sorry to hear about the dvt. Is it in your leg and does the doctor keep an eye on it? How do you know when the dvt is cleared up? Once you're past this I am sure you will be happy you did it.
Just keep moving!!

It's in my left leg. Doc says it will be 3-6 months. I just pray there's no permanent damage. I get up a walk around often but reclining with my leg up feels best. I'm happy with my TT and Lipo just waiting to see final results once all the healing and swelling is done!!!

Hi Smalltatasforme...
I've been reading your update and was wondering how you are coming along?
Just want to say 'hang in there' because this too shall pass.

I am about to have a revision on my TT in a few weeks.

I'm doing well. I've been able to get out some and do a little shopping. Leg aches some and feels heavy at times from the dvt. My TT incision is healing and I love being flat! Lipo area is really itchy but is looking good. Tired of wearing this binder so I'll take it off for an hour sometimes. Hope you have a very successful revision on your TT!!!

Hi, I had a revision with my breast reduction end of 2014 to remove excess side boob! It went very well. No revision on Lipo or TT.

We arrived early and everyone from the receptionist to recovery were very professional and caring. One of the nurses said she'd gone through what I was doing 10yrs earlier. She even showed me her scar which was hardly visible!!! I haven't had any pain while I'm in this recliner except when I had to cough! And getting up (with hubby's help) is very painful! Then my Jack Russell jumped on the recliner when I first sat down. Thankful it wasn't straight on my stomach! And she's not a small Jack, she's 28lbs of muscle!!! My husband said doc told him she took about 2 liters of fat from my back!!! Yay! It's gone. Looking forward to seeing the results! I may posts some pics later when I'm able. Still woozy to stand! Ok think I feel another nap coming!
