Totally Worth It!

Yes their customer service is terrible... I received an email in April saying that my aligners would be ''sent in 7-10 days'' and so far it's May 21 and I still don't have them despite reaching out and being told I'll get an email with a shipping # when ''they're ready.'' I paid $99 for the retainers, but I'm SO HAPPY with my results! It's worth it. For those who aren't, did you follow ALL directions? I'm sure some had issues with the aligners and customer service, but that's not a reason to bash the service. You're paying to get straighter teeth, AT HOME, for a fraction of the price. I haven't had straight teeth in YEARS, but am very happy with the results. I can now smile for pictures, in interviews, social settings like meeting strangers, and at my job. For the $1500+ 99 I paid, it's a steal! :D

Everything is going swimmingly so far. I switched into tray 12 of 17... almost there... and I have to say my teeth are already straighter NOW than they have been in YEARS! They're still not perfect (by any means,) but you can see the small changes as they shifted into place. I'm really looking forward to May when my treatment is complete.
If you have problems reaching customer service, send a message on their Facebook page! Seriously I sent them a question and had a response later in the day. :D

I'm on tray 9 out of 17 and my bottom teeth have already straightened up... it's CRAZY! Every time I put on a new aligner and know that in 2 weeks my teeth will be straighter, it makes me very happy. After over 10 years of misaligned teeth, it's really happening! And for only $1500 it's well worth the wait and time, though once the process gets rolling it's quick and I get constant emails that my new aligners are being sent out, so they keep track on their end. This is a BRILLIANT service that I hope more people utilize and that the price stays affordable. By the end of THIS school year, May 2017, I will have my final smile and can't wait to post pictures. :D
