First workout... not too bad.

Things ALMOST feel normal. A little less tight In the abdomen. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical very light and then did a circuit of upper body. 3 push-ups on my knees. That was hard because you use a lot of core for that - knees or not. I've posted a side by side before and after. (Not sure if I already did this). And the. Post shower in my spanx Camisole. That thing is awesome for me. Throw my binder over it in the evening and I'm good. Changed the tape on my TT scar. It looks GREAT. Very flat. Under the right breast looks. Little thicker but he said keep tape on until 2 months. Also looks like my left breast is either settling or swollen. It's. Bit bigger than the right. Not concerned. It will all even out. Happy healing!!!

Swelling ..... sigh

This is my 5pm swell. I took these pictures for a friend of a friend having the exact same procedure by the same doctor on Friday. Total fluke - i mentioned to my friend what I had done and she introduced me to her friend via text. We then discovered we had appointments at the exact same time. We met in the lobby. Crazy! I gave her my goodwill walker and she asked to see pictures of the TT. can't wait for the swelling to ease up.

5 1/2 weeks. Trying to lose compression garment.

Doctor said I didn't need compression garment so I'm trying to wean myself off of it. I wear my binder at night for sure. I also ought a camisole that has a spanx around the middle. Lipo areas are sore so dr said to hit the ibuprofen. Hoping everything feels better in a month. I have to get recertification in CPR. UGH! compressions on that dummy would not be happening right now.

Any advice on how to transition out of CG? The one they gave me at office was down to my knees and it's too hot to wear knee length leggings. I loved my marena but if I don't have to invest a lot of money for something I won't wear long, that's great. Thanks ladies!!

Dr Sieveking and his staff are wonderful! They are patient, gentle and informative. Dr. Sieveking was totally available on a Friday night after my procedure over a minor concern. All post operative visits were easy and I'm am over the moon with the work done! Exactly the mommy makeover I wanted!
