I spent months watching youtube videos and reading...
I spent months watching youtube videos and reading laser tattoo removal stories and it wasn't until I stumbled upon J.J Wendel that I finally made up my mind and booked my apt.
At my first apt I sat down with my laser tech- Talor- and we discussed all of the options and my time line for removal all while she very patiently answered my questions and cleared up my concerns. After the first few treatments Talor calls you to check in and has always been available via phone or email when I have had questions. Talor is hands down the best person for tattoo removal- the removal is quite painful and she spends the entire process making sure you are comfortable, offering to let you take a break to re-ice, or updating on how much more is left (my favorite part). I have just completed my 7th treatment out of a quote of 17 total treatments and my tattoo has faded so much already I can't hardly believe it. I have a very colorful, somewhat large tattoo on the ball of my shoulder. I am able to cover it with makeup fairly well at this point and it doesn't show through my lighter shirts as bad.
I love everything about my experience at J.J Wendel thus far. The staff is wonderful, scheduling apts is easy, check in and check out are quick and they are really good about sending reminders to confirm apts.
