I had excess labial tissue which was significantly expanded on one side. I would experience medium discomfort to frequent pain wearing tight exercise clothing. My procedure was booked for Friday afternoon so I was at work for half a day and then checked into the surgery center early afternoon. I did the procedure under local anethesia (might not recommend for everyone if you don't have a pretty decent discomfort tolerance). I was at the center for a total of 3 hours. I drove myself home after the procedure and only experienced one night of pain. I went back to work on Monday! After 5 weeks of healing I am really happy with the result. Bring on the yoga pants!
