First post op appointment
Yaaaaay finally made it to one week. Day 4 and 5 were rather miserable as my pain medications stopped working. They did however keep me awake which added to the miserableness. Anyway day 6 was significantly better and the pain was much more manageable. I continued to ice off and on through the day as well as a few chores around the house.
So today was my post op appointment with the nurse and it was my first day driving. I had folded two towels and laid them in a V shape on my car seat which made sitting much more bearable. After I arrived the suture line and what was visible of the dissolvable (but not dissolved) stiches were pulled out. This was massively uncomfortable but she was rather quick about it. Other than that everything is apparently healing normally and is going great ????
I noticed some scabby bits are starting to come off now and the bleeding has near enough stopped. The only reason I'm wearing panty liners is to rub Vaseline on the pad itself, so my sensitive bits don't get stuck to my underwear. (I'll be glad when I can go back to my normal undies ????)

My main motivation for labiaplasty was the discomfort I was having. For years I had constantly had to "adjust" myself due to pinching and my labia simply coming out the side of my panties. Not to mention it just wasn't pretty and I had always been self conscious about it. I had never had an orgasm with a partner either due to decreased sensation because of the excess skin I also had over my clitoris. I had two options here. I could go to a gynocologiest or a plastic surgeon. After having done my research a plastic surgeon was more experienced and was going to do a better job over all aesthetically. If I was going to go through with this I wanted it to be done right. I also want to help anyone else out who is considering having this done ???? Feel free to ask questions!
Provider Review
Dr. Haws and her staff made me feel extremely comfortable well taken care of. I couldn't be happier with my decision.
