Worse decision I have ever made. Ruined the texture of my skin and I am now left with orange peel texture all over my face. Went in for minor scar revision of a few superficial acne scars, came out looking like a monster. Not to mention the procedure was brutally painful. I was told the downtime for this procedure was 3 days, I did not want to leave my house for 3 months. I am one year post treatment and hate my skin. Stay away from this device!

We are sorry that you have had the difficulties following your procedures. In the before and after photographs, there is a notable improvement in your skin. From what we know, you did have Fractora which is one of the most popular RF needling devices on the market. You had an acne flair after that, for which treatment was required and given. You also received several complimentary RF pin device treatments to help calm the skin. After your acne flair occurred, Fractora was given to help the reaction. Fractora is used to treat active acne and acne scars, so it had a beneficial effect on the skin. It is recommended that a series of treatments are needed to get optimal results. We think you have done well with the services that were provided at this office.
