When I went for my consultation I ask for an ear lobe reduction... I ask him what the cost would be and if he could do it, even showed him a picture of what i would like for them to maybe look like and he said "oh yes, that's easy... The cost will be the same as a repair" he said " if I don't get it right the first tome we can tweak it and get it the way you want them" ...
Well, I had them done last Monday and they are not at all like I was expecting.. I go back to have the stitches out on Monday and I hope he will "tweak" them as he said he would... The left ear is especially concerning to me because it just looks a bit mangled up... I will post pictures now and then later.. I will wait about posting the doctors name until I see what he's going to do...

Amazing what a week makes! My ears look so much better... They took the stitches out when I went for the appointment last Monday and every day since they seem to look better and better... I am still a bit concerned that the left ear is going to be bigger than the right one, but it is still a bit sore so could be swollen... I'll post a couple more pics and then again in a few weeks when they have healed completely... I have to say that I am disappointed that hey are not as small as I had hoped they would be... I think he mostly focused on the "repair" of the holes in my ears rather than the size of the lobe (which was the reason for the surgery in the first place) and I didn't ask for that... However, I am thankful to have them smaller than they were...

I need a lobe reduction !
Did you have to re-pierce your ear lobes and if so, did the dr do it and what time frame after the surgery did he do it and when were you able to wear pierced earings again?do?

Wondering the same thing! I want to get my earlobes reduced, but I can't go too long without my earrings. Haha.

Need to go 6 wks before re- piercing. Swelling needs to be gone, and your earlobes will settle into their permanent shape. You don't want to re- pierce too soon, or you may wind up with uneven sides. Glad I did it.

So you only paid $600 for everything, to have both earlobes done? Or is the $600 for one lobe only? I need this. My ears are getting worse with age!! Your ears look stunning! I have the exact same earlobe shape as in your "before" pictures btw. Thank you so much for posting, it was inspiring.

I've been trying to find a doctor to do this. I plan on getting a facelift but even though my face will look younger, my earlobes will give away my age. Did you mention the name of the doctor you went to? I didn't see his/her name in any of your posts. They look great, thanks for posting :)

Yes it was 600.00 for both.. And I waited 6 weeks before piercing them.. ( I did it myself ;) The doctor that does your facelift should be able to do your ears while he's doing the lift for just a tad more money.. I'm so sorry it took so long to respond,, I just now got the app to work right on my phone.. I didn't know I had all these messages ;)
