I am a week and a half out and couldn't be happier! The same day of surgery I could have shown my new breasts off! I feel great, they look great, I am really so pleasantly surprised that there is virtually no pain with this procedure! I only took pain meds for 3 days, and really that was out of fear of pain, not any real pain. I am so impressed with dr. griffin and his staff. They are wonderful!

Ok, i just added some more pics :) I love them and an so happy I got them :) The only negative for me is that i lift weights and if you like doing chest flys or chin ups/pull ups, or overhead cable exercises, having the implant under the muscle you really feel it pull... but having said that, i do don't care about working out my chest anyway honestly, and i am able to do pushups and burpees and do heavy squats and deadlifts with no issues. ;) Unless you are a bodybuilder that loves doing chest exercises, i recommend getting them! :)

I hardly work out which I know I should but I don't do any heavy lifting..I can't go over the muscle because I don't have enough breast tissue either. I'm just going to take what I can get lol

Yours will look great!! I saw your before pics and you have more than i did :) after nursing my son i had nothing...so i am so happy with them! I would do it again in a heartbeat! The recovery was so easy it's unreal. Good luck!

Honestly it was easier than my gallbladder surgery. The main thing is just wear the bra they give you and sleep up on a pillow as long as they recommend. The pain meds helped a lot the first few days. But i really didn't need them after a couple days. If you have a job where you lift your hands above your head, it may take a week or more to be able to lift. I am a software engineer so i am sitting all the time. I went back to work 3 days later. I used cold compresses to help with swelling, and it worked well. I would freeze wet washcloths in a ziplock bag and then place them in my bra. This helped a lot!! It really isn't bad. :)

Ok good to know! I sit at a desk all day in a law office so not anything strenuous..I would just be worried about driving unless I can get off the meds completely by the time I go back. I'm sure it's all manageable but I'm anxious and let my nerves get the best of me sometimes. Thanks for all the info!
