39 Year Old Mother and Athlete Looking to Improve Health. Nashville, TN

I am 39 years old an have had saline breast implants since 2003. I have hashimotos (dx since 2007). I knew it was time to replace or remove my implants ( typical shelf life is 10-15 years ) , so I decided I wanted to be natural again. I wasn't willing to risk more complication with breast implants in the future and want to improve my auto-immune disorder possibly any way possible. Regardless of what doctors tell you, no one truly knows how a foreign object is going to react in your body. Some people have horrible experiences while others are fine. I wasn't willing to risk it any longer ( but no judgement to those who do). I researched doctors in my area that have experience with explants that are done en-bloc (where the implant remains in the capsule and is removed as one). As I was researching I had gone to multiple websites and found no info, I called a couple of offices and they wanted 90 dollar consults without giving any info on the doctors experiences with explants. I found Dr. Jason Wendel on real self and went to his website. He had a lot of info about this procedure and good feedback from his patients. I had a lift, and explant, he also sewed my pec muscle back to my sternum and I have amazing results! I am extremely happy with him.
