Dr. Griffin is amazing! Board-certified which was a must for me. Could not be happier with my results and the entire experience. 650CC under the muscle silicone implants. Inframammary incision (medically best and safest route). No wrinkling of the skin along the edges. I went from a very small 34B to a 34DDD/32G. I had told him I wanted the biggest implant my body could take without looking bad or causing excess stress to my skin. They fit my body perfectly, no stretch marks, they don't look too big or fake as I had enough breast tissue to cover the implant.

The first few days were rough only because it was hard to sit up in bed on my own because of the muscle soreness. Ice packs and OTC pain meds helped. I had great help at home and that made it a lot easier. I'm now a year post-op and still thrilled with my results.
