Right breast swelling 9 days post

So everything was going great with my recovery and by 8 days post op I was almost feeling back to normal with very little to no swelling. Then Saturday night after a slight increase in activity Saturday, my right breast started tightening up and swelling. I've talked to the doc and sent him pictures and he isn't concerned just thinks it's normal post op swelling and/or the pec muscles being used and contracting and pushing the implant up. Anyone else have this happen? If not for this new symptom I would be feeling great! It's not painful, just super tight and giving me anxiety because I'm afraid it's a hematoma!

3 days post op bandages off!!!!!

Took my bandages off today and WOW!!! They look fantastic even considering that I'm still very swollen!! I think I'm going to be very pleased with the final result! Still a bit sore but only taking Tylenol. I only took pain pills for 24 hrs. Thursday is my 1 week follow up!

I've always had very small breasts but after...

I've always had very small breasts but after inflating to D cups and back down again with each of my 3 kids I was left with deflated, droopy, skin that I squished into a 32A/B depending on the brand. It wasn't until very recently that it really started bothering me when my clothes were all baggy at the top but fit everywhere else. The strapless padded push up bra I bought for summer was the most uncomfortable thing ever and I always felt so awkward in it and was constantly tugging and pulling it up.

I voiced my concerns with my husband who was/is very supportive. He said it it was something I was serious about he supported me and recommended I see a couple of doctors for consults. I had a friend who used Dr. Delozier in Nashville and recommend him. She had 2 other friends that used him and had great experiences. After looking at his website I was impressed. All of his before and afters looked modest, natural and conservative, in my opinion. He wasn't too young and wasn't too old. The BIG selling point was that he had a certified surgicenter right there in his office. No hospitals, etc. I scheduled a consult with him and 2 others in the Nashville area that had great reviews on this website.

I went for my consult and he had the 3D imaging. Very cool! I was able to see what I would potentially look like with various sizes. The consult nurse said she bought he would most likely recommend silicone under the muscle due to my small frame and lack of breast tissue. We decided, based on the imaging that 325cc was what I was going for. Very conservative but full. I had some asymmetry and so she adjusted for 325/350cc. It looked great.

Doc came in and he was very nice. Kind of no BS kind of doc. Right to the point and said he thought what I picked was right where I needed to be but after looking at my breasts said I shouldn't be surprised if he had to go to as much as 350/375cc to fill out my skin. I told him I trusted his judgement. I made it very clear that I did not want huge boobs! I also told the nurse probably 10 times that that was my biggest fear! I work full time in an office environment, I love to run, I have 3 small kids, I just want to fill what I have out, feel confident, and look natural.

After meeting with Dr. Delozier and his staff I have to say, I was VERY impressed! They are running a tight ship. They have staff that handles every aspect of the process and paperwork was a breeze! After my consult I decided that based on our meeting and the multiple recommendations I received I would look no further. I set up my next appointment for a mammogram and blood work. His office makes all of the appointments for you and the cost of all pre and post of care is included in the $6,300 price (saline were $5700). I left that day with appointments for blood work, mammogram and surgery! Done!

Fast forward. Aug 15 was surgery day. What a breeze! I got to Dr. Delozier's office at 7:30 with a schedule surgery time of 9:30. There were 2 people before me for surgery. They got me right back to start the preop process. My husband was able to wait with me until they came and got me. Dr Delozier went over what we were doing and I reiterated that I didn't want huge boobs and he said well, I always ask before surgery, if I get in there and try different sizers and several sizes look good, do you want me to go bigger or smaller. He said I already answered his question by mentioning I was scared they'd be too big. He said he "gets it" and knows exactly what I am looking for. He drew some lines on my chest and off we went. I literally walked out of the exam rom in his office down a hall and into the OR. I was terrified!!!! So so nervous. I teared up on the table as they prepped my IV. Next thing I know I'm waking up in a small recovery room and a nurse is telling me to try and sit up to put clothes on! She helped me get dressed and down into a wheel chair and they wheeled me out to my husband who was waiting. Done!

I ended up with under the muscle silicone mod+ -300cc in my right and 325cc in my left. I was actually very surprised that he went smaller than 325 but it totally eased my mind right then and there I knew that they weren't going to be too big for me! I was very sore on the ride home but nothing too bad. I lied down and rested the remainder of the day. Got up to eat a bowl of soup. No nausea. Taking Percocet and an antibiotic. They wrapped me in an ace bandage like thing that I can't take off until Tuesday. I am dying to see!

**day two: I had a really rough night last night. So uncomfortable and in a good amount of pain. Percocet is actually keeping me awake so after the midnight dose I didn't take it again. I think I finally got some sleep between 3-6 am. Today has not been too bad. Majorly swollen and pretty sore.

Based on my experience so far I say it's worth it and I DEFINITELY recommend. Dr. Delozier, I am not stamping the review "worth it" until I see a final product! Will update after the bandage gets removed!

Dr. Delozier is wonderful. He has a sense of humor but is all business when it comes to his work. His facility is a well oiled machine! Every little minute detail is taken care of so you don't have to worry about a thing. Having the surgicenter right there at his office allows for privacy and shorter wait times. No hospitals to get in and out of. I highly recommend Dr. Delozier
