I'm currently a 32 AA with very little tissue. Ive never had anything over an A cup, but after breastfeeding all three of my kids, there is nothing there!! I've been saving and waiting for the right time, and it's finally here! I go tomorrow for my pre-op appointment and my surgery is scheduled for April 20th. Wish me luck!!!!

Hey ladies!! Finally getting around to posting an update! I've been wanting a breast augmentation for about 2 years now! After having 3 kids and nursing all of them, the very small breast tissue I had is now GONE. Absolutely gone. Hahaha. I've been saving and waiting for a year and a half, and I'm soooo happy that the time has come. Thursday is the big day (3 days!). I still am in disbelief that it's going to happen honestly. I keep waiting for the catch. It seems very surreal. This will be my first surgery ever, so I'm nervous, but I am in love with my doctor. I know I'm in great hands with her. So I'm starting at a 32AA and going for a full C. I'm getting 320cc Sientra anatomicals (gummy bears), under the muscle. I'm also getting the loose skin above my belly button removed from three big babies!!

You look amazing!! May I ask your height and weight? I've been trying to nail down my size since my consultations...thinking about 320s myself so wanted to compare:)

Thank you so much!! I am 5'3 and 110lbs! My breast width was 11.5 I think??? :) best of luck! I love my 320's!

I am this exact same size after 3 babies - I have no tissue just large nipples after feeding three kiddos. Thank you for sharing your story. Hope surgery goes well and going to follow as I am curious how it goes for you.
