I'm good with my wrinkles however I was not happy with my acne scars. I asked my dermatologist if there was anything that could be done about them and she recommended Dr. Biesman. I'm so glad I took her recommendation. Dr. Biesman looked closely at my scars and recommended subcision in order to get the greatest improvement. It's been approximately 6 weeks and I am very happy with the results. The right side of my face is now smooth and the left side is improving each week. I wish I had known about this years ago.

I had the subcision. My indentations seem to be filling in nicely. I wish I had checked into this 20 years ago because I've always been self-conscious of my scars. I had some e-matrix treatments in the past and my skin looked better but the scars were just as noticeable. Dr. Biesman didn't recommend laser treatments for my scars but did suggest fillers if I wasn't happy with the outcome.

So nice to hear that your skin improved so much. My skin is full with scars. In the past 1 have let done 20 sessions microdermabrasion and 1 session laser. With the laser it all went wrong. My face was burned and now i also have burn scars. It's now 10 years ago. But at this moment i wanna do again something at my scars. Do you think subcision is possible for every scar? I wish you good luck with the futher healing of your scars.

I don't know if it's for every scar. My acne scars showed great improvement. I had a few scars from chicken pocks which improved some but not as much as the acne scars. Laser treatment was not recommended at all. My husband and my father both commented on how much smoother my face was. That made me feel great!
