How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Goodness I need to post a new update! I can't believe it's been so long. Life is great, my belly feels great and I sometimes forget that I ever had surgery in the first place. Best decision ever!!
Plucking right along...
Just wanted to do a little update! I'm feeling great and am pretty much back to my old self. I've been walking a lot for exercise. I should probably do a little more than that but I love just walking on the treadmill for an hour and listening to an audiobook or podcast.
I've healed up nicely and don't have any scabs at all. Just a nice red scar. I've had csections though so I know the redness will fade to white. The darn ingrown hairs have probably been the worst part. They are trying to grow back around the incision and, although they are fun to pick at, it's annoying. The numbness is still there and I suspect it will always be, just like a csection. It doesn't really bother me though bc I was already used to it. It just comes higher up.
I'm still so happy and thrilled that I did this! I have had a little sad feeling every now and then that I definitely cannot have another baby but other than that I've been on cloud nine. Thinking of all you girls and hope you are healing well and feeling great!
