Dr. Burgdorf made me feel very comfortable during the entire surgical process. His office staff are incredible attentive and friendly. The surgery went perfectly and I will definitely be coming back for future procedures. I was having a minor surgery, and I have an acute anxiety pertaining to needles. I was having my face operated on and they chose to use a local anesthetic. The idea of having needles that close to my eyes was scaring me, so Dr. Burgdorf prescribed me 10mg Valium to take on the day of the procedure. The medication worked and I wasn't nervous at all by the time I cam into the office. He played a playlist on my iPad that I had made to play during the procedure. We share the same tastes in music, Enya in particular. He was extremely accommodating from the initial consultation through my recovery. I would recommend Dr.Burgdorf to anyone. He is attentive and pays attention to his patients individual needs.
