I need to correct my earlier review. I had the timing confused. I am at 5 weeks and have not noticed any difference but I am not yet at 12 weeks. So that is why I haven't noticed a difference. They did 30 jules 5 times in each area so if we do it again they may bump it up and reduce the number of passes but I still have a while to go.

After liposuction I realized I needed some non-invasive liposonix on my upper back area by where my bra is (very little fat but drives me nuts) and that sides of my ab area towards the back. I don't have a muffin top but it wasn't quite as trim as the abdominal front area where I had lipo. I had the procedure March 3, 2014 and honestly it is painful in the areas where you have very little to remove. The side abs/lower back of hip area I felt nothing but the top of the back - yikes. I was on 2 vicodin and 2 valium lol and felt it. It was not unbearable just uncomfortable but not pain free.

Dr. Turk does not perform non-surgical procedures. His liposonix certified spa tech does and she is very calming and good but honestly if I had more fat on my back and qualified for actual suction I would have done it. It was super uncomfortable on the top of the back area. But again if you are just trying to trim 1/2-1" and you have more than that under your skin then you feel it a lot less. I have not yet noticed a difference however it does take 90-120 days which I am not at yet so I'm waiting anxiously. Overall, I would say it's worth it if it works. The plus side is liposonix has zero residual pain after whereas Cool Sculpting has been reported to have residual discomfort.
