It's only been 3 1/2 weeks since I had Coolsculpting on my lower and upper abdomen and my Flanks (love handles). I have been following a strict diet and I started a new exercise routine on the treadmill. I'm thrilled with the results. I can see a huge difference! My stomach is flatter and my love handles have diminished. I believe the combination of Coolscultping, eating healthy and exercising has been 100% worth the investment.

That's awesome to hear! Do you have pics of the new you that you'd like to share? What type of diet are you on? I've been restricting myself as well (no sodas, dessert only once per week, lots of leafy greens) and I am definitely seeing result (loss of 22 pounds in 2 months). Looking forward to additional updates.

Yes. I'll post some pictures soon. I cut out sugar. Eating soup, salads with grilled chicken, carrots, pork and other things that are high in protein.

Feeling great. No pain. I've been wearing spanx since I had the procedure and drinking a lot of water.
Looking forward to seeing the results in a few months. Going to have my flanks done in a week.

I had core coolsculpting too decided to grab fat on both sides of belly on each side of belly button for best results I weigh 120 and am 5 foot tall it's been 2 weeks this Monday and Tiffany at Dr. Fee office! did it through Tiffany and I really feel like it is going to turn out good and no pain after the procedure but during it was and just tender past 2 weeks very pleased with this but did hurt more than I expected it to

I had coolsculpting on my lower and upper abdomen less than a week ago, April 17th. So, it's only been a week. My consultation was a month ago. This week, I go back for cool sculpting on my flanks. I read on RealSelf how important the massage is right after the procedure. It's suppose to last for 2 minutes and I've read some get a 10 minutes massage on the area cool sculpted. I think the lady at Basile's office massaged for 2 minutes, but I'm going to see if she will massage for 3 minutes, as I read the longer the massage the better the results
