I used arnika for the brusing both the pill form and the liquid and it really works. I was faithful with aplying the cream on the stiched areas as well so they would heal without any scarring. I look great and feel great. Also the nursing staff that they provide for you in your home 24/7 after your procedure is something that really helps you to ensure a good recovery.

Also Dr. Turk has a new machine for masaging the face after surgery which was wonderful and he is the only one in the area to have this peace of equipment.

Arnica montana and Bromelain work well after surgery. Our office prescribes Bruisestick ointment to the affected areas.
