AFT Dye-vl Full Face for a Few Broken Capillaries-THERMAL INJURIES.

Unfortunately...I suffered thermal damage from IPL. I had no blisters, scabs or flaking. I was burned from the inside out and left with two side-by-side vertical indented scars on my forehead (in the shape of the treatment head). I've added a picture, although it may be hard to tell--as the thermal damage is colourless. I'm heading into almost a year post "treatment".

I had my second AFT / Alma Dye-Vl treatment a little over two weeks ago. I had an extreme rash about 3 days after the procedure. The rash is settling down (thanks to antihistamines), but now it seems like I have tons of new broken capillaries everywhere (very small ones). Is this normal almost 3 weeks post procedure?? Can this treatment cause new capillaries to emerge? I purchased a package of 4 treatments and my treatments are being delivered at a conservative pace....
