Remember when your parents told you, "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." Not only is this product "too good to be true." It can really injure you. It results in severe bruising and hematoma's. This can't be good for women! Think if your 12 year old daughter came home with severe bruising, indicating it was to help her feel better about her body. NO!! We deserve better ladies

I agree. I definitely don't want to jeopardize my health for the sake of vanity, but it is hard for me to look at everyday not think about my options to get rid of it. The human nature of it all, constantly wanting to fix your flaws when at the end of the day they don't really matter!

I tend to agree! I'd didn't even care about the cellulite. I was looking for a solution for chronic tightness in my muscles. After the hematoma on my right arm heals, I might feel less muscle tention etc. but was that really worth it ! Lol! There are other people who do fascia treatment techniques that don't require you to look like you got hit by a car. I'm glad this is working for so many people but just like the thighmaster, waist trainers , overpriced massage contraptions, etc. Keep your expections in check

She tells you that you will bruise. It's normal and Ashley Black explains it. I bruised in the beginning but don't anymore. Follow her instructions!

So did it work for you? How long before you saw results?

Thanks for that. I have two hematoma's. I sought outside resources from other credentialed people who do fascia release and agree with the basic premise. Each other them have been very clear that bruising is not necessary, safe and required to separate fascia. There is so much more I could say about this but I won't

I've only been using it for 6 weeks now. So far I do see a small improvement. Most of it is around my knees and on the very front of my thighs. I've always felt like I had "fat" knees and was a long distance runner so my thighs have been bad for awile! What I also like is it helps with muscle soreness. I work out a lot so that really helps.

Just for future people reading this review...the instructions have changed. She now says not to do it to the point of bruising but hasn’t updated her book as far as I know. Lots of the protocols have changed and many “disclaimers” added.

I am the original poster of this review. To be fair, Ashley responded personally to my concerns and sent me some tutorials. She told me that "bruising is normal". I think we could definitely find some people, with some good credentials that's disagree that bruising is beneficial or necessary when treating fascia but whatever. Also if you post anything negative online be careful because you will get attacked

You didn't read anything about this device before you used it.. Bruising us normal with this.. It is releasing adhesions... You shouldn't leave a review on a product you didn't learn how to use properly

Fascia is supposed to adhere to your skin!!!! not be loose and stretchy! she is encouraging women to destroy their bodies!

I agree! She isn't exactly introducing new science either.

No I don't recommend the fascia blaster! I also don't recommend shock therapy or extremely strong acid peels! Lol! The "fascia blaster" could be found in bath and body works in the 90's without the long handle. I think we are all desperate to look good but you would be better off drinking more water and taking a 20 min walk once a week. This makes me sad that I need to explain this.

Can I get the fascia blaster from you ?

why would you want to inflict torture on yourself and extreme adverse effects? do you enjoy having your skin slide off your body after 1 year of using it?

Once a week? Walk daily. At least a mile
