Rhinoplasty and BA finally !
So yesterday i finally had my BA and rhinoplasty done. I was not nervous at all , only excited !! I went into surgery at 8am nd woke up at 11:30am . Had no pain at all except the sore throat probably from the breathing tube they put in my throat. Also i had a catheter put in for the duration of surgery and ohhh boy i thought i was peeing razor blades for almost 2 days. Now im fine. Breasts are really sore nd heavy. Nose doesnt hurt one bit. My bryises are not horrible, but still, i bruised around my eyes. Next week Dr. K will remove my splint and ill be able to see my new nose

So I had my 2 week pre-op consultation with Dr. Khorsandi and I'm really excited about the surgeries. We went over the procedures again and looked at the 3D pictures and I feel that everything will be fine and I am making the right decision. I will have 345CC in my left breast and 405CC in the right one. Next week i am going to start shopping for all the things I'll be needing after the surgery . My hubby will take a week off work so he can take care of me.

Thanks for sharing! Please post post op pics :) I had a rhinoplasty & breast implants in 2003 by an AZ doctor and have never been happy with my nose after & want to get it redone. He made it really crooked & pinched my tip. I'm pretty happy with my implants but wish they where a bit higher on my chest. I went with 500cc. I just made a consultation with Dr. Khorsandi. Good luck with your surgery! If you don't mind me asking, what does it cost? Can insurance cover any? Does he accept payments? Thank you!
I really trust Dr. K. I didn't give him much direction I let him tell me what his vision was for my nose. I appreciated him addressing the issues with my nose and not trying to give me a nose that wasn't meant for my face. He has a great sense of balance for a face. I think you are going to be really happy with your consultation. He will be honest with you and what you should expect. I paid $9000 for my surgery. No insurance coverage unfortunately. Cecilia is the person I worked with as far as money and scheduling. She's incredibly nice and down to earth. Keep me updated!!!!
hi, I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with your nose. I'm day 13 post op today and I am happy with the results. My nose is definitely very swollen, especially the tip, but I already love it. Doctor Khorsandi is awesome. He did such a good job on my nose and my breasts. oh and about the price, I paid 14K cash for both surgeries. I think there is some kind of payment option, but I'm not sure about it.. Cecilia is the girl that will be able to tell you everything about it, she's very nice. Insurance wise I dont think there is much they can do with that unless your nose is a health risk or something like that, but the doctor will give you more info.

Make sure your hubby stays on top of your meds. Even if you think you don't need it take it. Also take the anti nausea as a preventative with your meds. Can't really tast anything so stock up on soup. You won't be hungry. Out of surgery your throat kills from the tube. Slurpies and Jamba Juice will save you.
thank you very much for yr advice. I am day 13 post op today and i feel pretty good. I was lucky that I didnt feel nauseated at all so I didnt have to take any anti nausea pills.
I've had breast augmentation and I did it all myself didn't need anyone to take care of me I did it a Friday went back to work myself at day 4, is not as bad as you think I had 460ccs good luck is always good to have someone there but I didn't have the need you will b on pain killers.
Sorry with rhinoplasty yes u do need help, I'm scheduled for rhinoplasty 11-5-15, sorry didn't read u will be doing both at the same time
oh wow girl you are a super hero if you were able to do it on your own. I was not able to move without my husbands help because of the breast augmentation. I still cant do much without his help, but rhinoplasty on the other hand was nothing.. I was absolutely fine, zero pain from it and if I had only rhinoplasty I dont think I wouldv needed any help after getting home from the hospital.
Wow rhinoplasty makes me nervous I can't believe I'm going to finally do it but what about the breathing with only your mouth were u able to deal with it

Rhinoplasty and Breast Augmentation
I was never unhappy with my natural boobies, but there were a few things I wished I could change about them. My right breast is smaller and it is noticeable. Also i wanted them to be maybe just a bit bigger... like one cup size more. I'm a 32D in Victoria Secret bras and i'd like to be a 32DD. So i had my consultation with Dr. Khorsandi and i was very happy with it and I feel confident in his ability to make me look how i always wanted to look. The staff was very nice and friendly. I have my surgeries scheduled for sep 22nd :)
