I'm 46 yrs old. Had my first angel baby @ 18 and she was delivered by c-section. Second baby came almost 2 yrs later, another girl followed by a baby boy in1996. Diet, exercise, spanx, nothing pulls the abdominal muscles back in place. Not to mention the older I get, the more pronounced my "apron" becomes......I cannot wait to be rid of it. I look pregnant after I eat anything. I'm ready to feel good about myself again.

False alarm from Dr office.....sigh

Had a call from Dr office today. I had a battery of tests done in preparation for the big event. One that I did not have done was an EKG. Turns out I didn't have to have one but apparently it's required enough that the nurse wanted to know why she didn't have results for one. Be sure and ask about this when you're doing pre op visits.
