“Fratti, not Aslani! :)

Surrey_Girl89
Apologies, where I’ve written “Aslani”, I meant to write “Mr. Fratti”. I’ve been doing some research and I had the fantastic Aslani on my mind. However my review is for Mr Fratti, who has disappointed me with my breast surgery.

I think it would be better if you could edit your review to correct the doctor's name. Just to make it clear who you are referring to because many may not see the notation, even more so, bother to read it. I almost missed it! It would be terrible to not get something as important as the correct surgeon you used, right. These reviews mean the world to me! I'm over 20 years past due on a reduction and unfortunately, post divorce my income and options are not as they were. My ex threatened to take me off our insurance if I tried to go forward with it! Yes, I said EX! Stress from that and raising my son alone has taken its toll on my health and body. Thank you for sharing your story! I wish I could just get on the doctor from the show "Botched." It's the only way I think I could be more confident about it. FYI I am a very dense and heavy 38jj. I can barely find much less afford bras! Holly

Hi Holly, I have really tried to edit but it just won't let me. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong...

6-12 months post-op: saggy and funny shaped!

Surrey_Girl89
It has taken me ages to write this review...
I was super excited after my surgery. However once I had healed my breasts became saggy again, despite me following post recovery instructions. I didn’t mind the sag so much (as it can’t always be helped with big breasts), however the shape pretty much resumed to how it was before by 12 months post op.
I contacted Aslani’s office and he said I was “owed” a second surgery on the house. However the catch was that I had to lose 2 stone. Even though I weighed more at the time of my first surgery, but I guess I was paying for it then. I never got round to losing the full 2 stone as I was at a place where I was eating healthily and I didn’t want to be tempted to do anything extreme.
I’m so disappointed!

Mr Fratti, not Aslani!

Clearly, your PS owes you a second surgery WITHOUT the burden of you losing weight!! Don’t give up!! You deserve better!

1 month post op

It has now been 1 month since my surgery and I'm feeling great. The soreness has gone and I feel like my old self. Just a perkier me.

I had my 3 week post op appointment where the nurse said I was healing well and was at the stage she'd expect me to be at after 6 weeks. So sounds good! I'm currently using castor oil (JBCO) on my closed wounds and I swear by it. I am literally noticing the progress every day.

I have my final appointment on 23rd January, nearly 2 months post op so I will provide some more pictures then.
