Over the Muscle Breast Augmentation

I’m going on next month for implants. I’m so excited. But so nervous on the size I’m 5’2” 130 pounds. I am currently in a small b cup. I’m thinking about 415cc silicone implants. I just don’t know if that’s to big.... anyone else have this size?

Out of curiosity how many people are getting or have gotten implants above the muscle?? I have heard of good and bad? I’m scheduled for August 20 to get overs silicone. And I don’t see much for overs?

6000.00. Probably different everywhere tho? You get what you pay for is what I was told lol. I did 415cc. Doc would not let me go any bigger. Due to lack of breast tissue. Good luck!! It’s so exciting to have boobs finally.

Great piece of advice sassybombay! This is something you don’t want to be cheap about! You def get what you pay for. Some of those who went the cheap route and it ended up costing more in the long run bc they needed revisions to fix the cheap rush jobs they didn’t research properly. Good luck @pink2305 I hope you start a review sometime.

415cc Gummie overs
Had surgery yesterday!!!! So sore today. Did it under local anesthesia. Was a 32 b.... I just want the pain to go away. And they are so swollen. I don’t like pain meds so I’ve been trying to tough it through.

Oh my they look great already! If anything, I would recommend just try to deal with the pain meds for a day or two. It’s only to get you through the next couple days as they can be pretty tough. Hang in there! Do the pain meds make you sick or something? If so, maybe your PS could write you a script for something else? Thanks for the update.❣️

Congrats on your surgery! I also have “overs”. Often times the pain experienced with B/A surgery is in the pectoral muscles... and affiliated with “unders “ more so than overs. It could be that your implants are pushing on your pectoral muscles. Just a thought. Are you opposed to taking muscle relaxers? If your pain is coming from your pecs a good muscle relaxer may be helpful, imo. If your PS didn’t write you a prescription for a good muscle relaxer (such as Valium) you may want to ask him if he thinks it may help relieve your pain. And explain to him how you want to avoid taking the pain meds. The one good thing about getting some kind of pain relief (whether it’s via narco pain meds or muscle relaxers) is you’ll probably sleep better, which will be good for your overall healing. I didn’t experience much pain with my BA/BL but I took my pain meds (and muscle relaxers) primarily so I would get a good nights sleep. Good luck and wishing you the best!
