Pleasant Experience

I was a little apprehensive about having my ear lobe repaired. My daughter referred me to Dr. Webb and encouraged me to have it done. I arranged to have a consultation with Dr. Webb. He explained my options, and sensitively answered all of my questions. He also gave me printed information to better inform me. After performing the surgical procedure, he had me to return to the office to remove the stitches and then again to make sure that I was healing on schedule to have that ear pierced again. Throughout the process, he advised on how to best treat the affected area to obtain optimal results. I appreciate how he and his staff worked together professionally and compassionately.
