Hi Ella! Das solltest du dich auch! Es ist so verrückt wie diese Dinger sich verändern :) Jede Woche sehe ich Kleinigkeiten, die aber zusammen echt sichtliche Unterschiede machen! Geile Sache! Wir haben BRÜSTE!! :) und.....es wird Frühling! Bikinizeit wir kommen!
JAA! Sag mal wann sollte ich BHs kaufen? Kannst du was empfehlen?
Ich have 6 Wochen gewartet! Es passiert so viel in der Zeit! Meine BHs die ich in Woche 7 gekauft have, seven jetzt wieder ganz anders aus ! Also BESSER:) Warte noch etwas! :) Dann wird es perfekt!!! Und super aufregend!

LaAlemana, ich habe meine OP in weniger als 3 Wochen. Wie lange hat es bei dir gedauert bis du wieder Sport machen konntest? Ich bin recht aktiv, laufe viel, gehe zum Fitness Center und 2-3x die Woche mache ich Bikram Yoga. Deine Meinung aus Erfahrung und als Fitnessleiter waere super hilfreich! :) Liebe Grüße aus Australien, amimo x

I am glad that this helped you! You will look great! 220 was my original size, but I am so tall my doctor said, if I would have went with the 220, I would have been stuck with an A cup! So I am glad I listened to him! :) Good luck!!
