Was your tip successfully lengthened with the revision?
Yes, another surgeon used grafts to elongate the tip and correct the deformity.

I love the after I think it looks so cute
I don't think the after photos show a dramatic deformity in any way, but I definitely think your nose was overly shortened (and also a minor inverted-v deformity developed). What happened when you approached your surgeon about the complications?
He offered me to cover the inverted v deformity using fascia lata.
