4th Rhinoplasty and First Liplift... Hate my Nose Even More Now! Can Anyone Please Let Me Know Whats the Solution Now???

Ok, I have been looking for a good plastic surgeon for years now. I do have a review posted from my first Rhinoplasty from Dr. Milind Wagh which was a disaster despite 3 surgeries with him! SO now I decided to go with one of the surgeons who specializes with Facial procedures so to speak! I narrated my concern of my implant being shifted on on side and my MAIN MAIN MAIN concern was my nostril size! By nostril size I don't mean my Alar being wide... I mean the armature of my nostrils being bigger than normal. (I have posted the pictures of my desired shape, my before and my post op pics). SO this doc from Mumbai, acting all relaxed and super confident assured me I can achieve any results I want in terms of nostril size. He said he could get some cartilages behind my ears if required and bring it down in order to achieve a very small nostril (but he didn't). He also suggested that he is not in favor of implants and he will take it off. I resisted but he assured I will still have a better and sharper nose without implants. I decided to go with his decision but kept insisting, reminding, pleading for a better nose with very small nostril show... From the day I met him till my last conscious state I kept reminding him for no nostril show and he kept assuring me that he will take care of everything I need. I also inquired how much better will I look post op. what can I expect? and what is the success percentage? To which he said 100% success rate and that it will look 100% better! I was so happy to hear this and I closed on this doc. I had also clubbed my lip lift procedure with a 6 mm lift and just before my surgery he did the markings without a scale. I wanted to lift my sides more... Not sure if he actually took off 6mm, doesnt look like TBH! So I got my surgery done on 21st July 2017. The surgery lasted for 2 hours. As soon as I woke up I noticed that my nostril show was even more prominent. I could see that from the cast itself! I immediately send a pic of me to the doctor expressing my apprehension. He asked me to relax and wait until my cast of out. Finally my cast was out yesterday and ever since I feel so depressed :( :( :(... My nostril show has gotten bad to worst. I again told him that I am not happy at all. He has again assured me that this is because of the swelling and I should give it about 10 to 12 days. I am to see him on 5th of AUgust but by the look of my nose even the most lame person will be able to tell that swelling has nothing to do with the nostril show! I posting pictures for the best of doctors to tell me if it is really because of the swelling or this doctor messed up somewhere big time which cannot be corrected??? I really plead to each one of you who is reading this review to pray for me... Because it really really matters when everything else fails :( I am so depressed since yesterday that I feel like ending my life! I am not someone who gives up easily but... But I feel shattered after failing so miserably despite the money and effort that I put. In India or anywhere for that matter every service or product can be bargained or negotiated. I DID NOT BARGAIN thinking its my face that this person is working on and I'd rather pay him enough for him to stay motivated and give me my desired results... On the contrary he spoiled everything . It is not about money, it is about the pain that I went through so many times. I cry like a child while they remove stitches. I dont have strength to go through this anymore plus I cant live with this either :( :( :(((( I am not name shaming the doctor's name at the moment because I want to wait for another week, go see him again after my swelling subsides completely and see if my nose looks any better. I want to see what he has to say... But for now can anyone please please tell me if the nostril show is really because of the swelling or this doc did nothing apart from removing the implant.....
