Fat transfer

Since my last surgery l was left with hollow eyes. And l have since had a fat transfer to my eyes and temples and to my lower cheeks. And so far has been a success. And have been very happy with my results so far.

I had a huge forhead with a severe skin condition, that was uncomfortable and also l disliked. I found a patient on realself that l contacted because her surgery was so great and affordable. So l went to india to have my surgery with Dr Parag Telang. While l was there the surgeon also recommend in the price to have a blepharoplasty and orbital shave with a brow lift and a revision Rhynoplasty. So l agreed and went ahead and had the surgery. I was very pleased and 10 months have gone by and lm happy both with the price and results and experience l had in mumba.

Yes and No l have since had deep hollowing of my eyes from the bleph l had done in India.with problems of sleeping with my eyes half open causing dry eyes and a lot of discomfort. I have been seeing a opthamologist and using drops. I have just had a fat transfer from another surgeon to correct this problem l have. So it’s only been 2 weeks and need to wait 3 months to see the final results. If the fat has diminished too much l will require another fat transfer. And a lot more money wasted on something l shouldn’t have done in the first place. So now lm suffering the consequences.

Suzanna1963: I am so sorry to read of your eye issue. Seems as though most things we do are like a coin toss. One never can be sure where the quarters fall. Lots of people have wonderful results and it seems like 25% have dissatisfaction. I have two acquaintances who must use tape to.keep their eyes closed while sleeping. Evidently fat from the lid was too aggressively removed. I hope your fat graphs solve the issue. These things can be so discouraging. You have my empathy. Thank-you for being candid. Please update in a month the fat graph results. I said a prayer for you...

Oh Thankyou Sheila, yes l had too much skin removed and l just want to make people aware of this before they do this type of procedure. Will keep you posted. X
