WORTH IT
I weigh 124 pounds and my waistline is about a 27 before the treatments. This did not change after all the treatments. I workout about 30 min cardio, 30 min weights per day. I also do Pilates and yoga.
I wanted a flatter abdomen area since it was flabby. What I learned is that you need to keep it up even after you get a flatter tummy. The arms showed the best result even after one year. The abdomen is the worst. It requires upkeeps. The abdomen fat doesn’t completely go away—visceral fat isn’t affected by this treatment, so your tummy won’t be perfect. You will need to do your sides eventually to make abs look similar.
So I did a total of 21 applications of CoolSculpting over the course of 2 years.
Lower abdomen: 8 total (2 on each area). I do that area every 6 months.
Upper abdomen: 4 total (2 on each area). I do that area every 6 months.
Under rib cage abdomen: 2 on each area. Then 1 covering the whole area.
Side abdomen area: 1 on each side
Back flank area: 1 on each side
Arms: 2 on each area. Still looks good after 1 year.
