I’m back to normal, except I’m o much happier! It is like a great weight is suddenly off my shoulders. My confidence is through the roof! For the first time in my life all my dysphoria is gone. He really cares about us, his kindness comes through in his bedside manner. He has dedicated his life to improving the quality of transsexual surgery and my whole life will be improved by this. My vagina feels normal, my labia look like normal girl and I could orgasm within the first month. I’m just like any other woman, I’m so happy! (If you cant tell! Haha)

I am so happy with my results! My labia are still a little swollen, it will be a few months before they reduce down to normal. I have never had any bleeding or discharge! Every day I dilate for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening. The dilator could get lost inside, it’s less than the 9 inch depth, I can’t bottom out with it. I’m back to eating spicy food and this makes me so happy because Thailand is King for this kind of food.
My breasts are dropping and getting closer to where they should be. I love them! I look great without a bra now! No pain or complications. The doctor give me exercises I do squeezing them for 30 seconds in different ways twice a day. This is to help them drop and stay supple.
I have two more weeks at my hotel and then possibly go home. I’m loving Bangkok so much I might get a condo and stay here for a few more months. Yesterday I ordered a full load of groceries using Grab (the Thai equivalent of Postmates / Doordash / Lyft) and the prices were 1/3 of American prices and delivery was 10 baht ($0.33!) And it was contactless! I left a bag in the lobby and the driver filled it and notified me where to pick it up. Thailand is amazing!
