I'm very happy with my breasts. They have softened and gotten a little natural sag. Very soft and when people don't know better they seem "home grown."
And now that I do have the extra skin and material, I kinda want to check on the new 1200 cc silicone implants just approved.

I'm extremely happy with the results. Dr. Ingram has moved on to another practice. I couldn't have gone bigger without getting a uni-boob. I urge you girls to listen to the doc if they say there isn't enough material available to go huge.
They have softened and gotten a bouncy to the now. I do show them off with the right shirts whenever possible. And those who have seen them first hand have had nothing but accolades, lol.

Agree that listening to the Doc is the smart move. I was in that boat when I had my BA last March(2021). "Not enough room under the skin..." He said.
I ended up with 350/310cc (over muscle) and 2nd day post op it still felt like I was going to burst the sutures due to swelling. I didn't, and I love my 'starter set.'
You look amazing and that is about the size I want to end up at...in a couple/few years.

Even Dr. Ingram went on about how great the results are! Finally starting my massages. I know that's late. But because of my skin being so tight, Dr Ingram wanted to wait. Also have a slight symmastia, "uniboob." It's not bad at all but not massaging to the center to make sure it's not worsened. Still extremely happy.

I had mine 4 weeks ago. 425cc left, 475cc right, satin textured moderate profile Motiva. I wanted bigger but was recommended this to be the max because of mono boob happening. They are a C cup and look good but feel they are too far apart so have no cleavage without a bra. I am also MtF, 6 feet tall. I just hope after a few months they settle and be more what I wanted.

That's why I went bigger. I know skin elasticity plays a big part in the uniboob problem. But with a lot of us trans women its our wide chests that also pose a problem with cleavage.

The wide chest was what I was told. Just had my weekly check up and looking really good. Can start the massage now. I'm 67 as well which probably didn't help matters.
