I went to Dr. Tholen in 2018 for breast augmentation. After being on HRT for over 8 years I had very minimal breast growth and had just finished getting FFS so I wanted to get some body work done.
He conducted himself professionally and was able to give me of details, I imagine from his 30+ years of experience.
I sized at the upper 400s but ended up getting 565cc cohesive silicone, which ended up being a 36D. I am a little over 6 feet tall so they fit my figure well. I've gone to yearly checkups for follow-up pics and examination since my surgery date, which is something I don't think other surgeons do.
The only issue I had was some nerve damage in my left breast, around the nipple and lower breast. Thankfully it healed from the complete numbness I had immediately post-op. But this is a risk with any surgery.
