6 weeks and everything is well

6 weeks in now and everything is (overall) well. There is still swelling in the breast and some sensitivity returned luckely. If i sleep on my side it hurts a little bit. On a scale of 10, the level it hurts is 5/6.

How did you manage your pain after surgery I am planning on having mine done early next year
you can't really move your arm above your shoulder which you need to avoid the first to second week anyway. it hurts eventhough i use painkillers but is managable. painlevel for me was 6/10 the first days and then it gets less. what did hurt the most was when you want to stand up after a night sleep which you can't on your own. Please have someone help you stand up the first 1,5 week and always follow the guidance the clinic gave you.
I totally agree Aykara. Practice standing without using your arms for under arm incisions...….

Just got out of surgery
I just got out of surgery. It went well and now i will recover. Cup size is (eu) c/d. They used 450cc mentor.
I have enormous pain but thanks to painkillers it is manageable.
I will also order anorher sports bra as I only get one.
The staff is very kind here. I recommend it.

My height is 1,78 cm and i weight is 76 kg.
Currently i am at week 6+ and i still sleep in a sport bra because it's very comfortable. I am not allowed to wear push-ups and the pain on sides comes and goes. Especially when i try to sleep on my side. it is not to much of a discomfort though. i went to a check up because of the pain. My surgeon said that it maybe has to do with nerves etc. and that everything seems to be just fine.
I will post a image of how everything looks 6 weeks in. i do not know if after a few month the formation will change. With 450cc i went from a small B cup to a C/D cup.

Update second appointment
Hi all,
Just a short update. I am just back from my second consult. Me and the surgeon agreed with 450 cc round implants. At first i asked him for anatomical implants. My decision for round implants is due to the fact that anatomical ones can turn a little bit and you won't have the high profile look.
By the way, my surgeon says that at this moment with the tissue i have, bigger implants are not possible and will not look too good on what i want to achieve. I had the sample on and thought to myself; 450cc is enough. Now i know that most transwomen go for a bigger ones but to each her own right? he will use a high profile round mentor silicone.
I am pretty happy about this decision. My next update will be after my surgery which is beginning July.
